New Sessions Added On Thursday Evenings
Great news ! Due to the overwhelming demand we have been able to schedule extra aerobics sessions on a Thursday evening from 7pm until 8pm. The sessions take place in the main hall and they feature our most popular aerobics instructor, Jane Smith.
