Come and join our fun and fantastic aerobics classes held every morning from 9am until 10am and every afternoon from 2pm until 3pm. Our instructors insist that every session should be an enjoyable experience for everyone who joins. The music is pumping but not too loud that you can’t hear yourself think. New Sessions Added On Thursday Evenings
Great news ! Due to the overwhelming demand we have been able to schedule extra aerobics sessions on a Thursday evening from 7pm until 8pm. The sessions take place in the main hall and they feature our most popular aerobics instructor, Jane Smith.
